What is the 808 Greens CSA Produce Box?
Our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Produce Box is a subscription service that gives you fresh, locally grown produce directly from 808 Greens each week or every other week. Each box includes approximately 6–7 heads/bunches of seasonal greens and specialty produce grown right here on Hawaiʻi Island.
What comes in the box?
Each box includes a rotating variety of fresh seasonal produce based on what is thriving on the farm. This may include:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Butter Lettuce
- Bok Choy
- Choy Sum
- Chinese Cabbage
- Arugula
- Other seasonal Asian greens and specialty crops
Selections vary based on harvest availability and seasonality.
How much does the CSA box cost?
The CSA Produce Box is $20-$25 per box.
You can choose:
- Weekly Subscription – 1 box every week
- Bi-Weekly Subscription – 1 box every other week
How does billing work?
Your card is securely charged automatically on a monthly basis based on your selected subscription plan. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before your next billing cycle.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account portal before your next scheduled billing date.
Where is the produce grown?
All produce is grown locally by 808 Greens on Hawaiʻi Island using sustainable growing practices focused on freshness, quality, and supporting Hawaiʻi’s local food system.
Is the produce organic?
While we may not be certified organic, we prioritize responsible and sustainable growing practices and carefully manage our growing systems to provide clean, high-quality produce for our community.
How fresh is the produce?
Most produce is harvested within 24–48 hours of delivery or pickup to maximize freshness, shelf life, and flavor.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Delivery and pickup options may vary by location and availability. Details and available pickup locations will be provided during checkout.
Do you accept SNAP/EBT?
Yes! 808 Greens accepts SNAP/EBT benefits for eligible purchases. Additional instructions for SNAP customers will be available during checkout or by contacting us directly.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
Your CSA produce will arrive in an insulated bag with an ice pack to help keep your greens cool and fresh until you are able to bring them inside. We still recommend placing the bag in a shaded area whenever possible to maintain maximum freshness.

Yes! CSA subscriptions make a great gift for family and friends who enjoy fresh, local produce.
