808 Greens N Things provides locally grown produce, subscription produce boxes, educational information, and related agricultural products/services available for pickup and local delivery on Hawaiʻi Island.

All products are subject to availability and may vary based on:

  • Seasonal growing conditions
  • Weather
  • Crop availability
  • Harvest timing
  • Supply limitations

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering methods.

We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You authorize us to charge the applicable amount

Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Subscription Services

Customers enrolled in weekly or monthly subscription plans authorize recurring charges corresponding to their selected subscription frequency.

Subscriptions may be:

  • Paused
  • Modified
  • Cancelled

Changes must be made before the stated cutoff period, prior to the next scheduled order.

Failure to cancel before the billing cutoff may result in charges for the upcoming delivery or pickup cycle.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We currently offer local delivery and pickup on Hawaiʻi Island only.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Being available during selected delivery windows
  • Picking up orders during designated pickup times

808 Greens N Things is not responsible for:

  • Spoilage after delivery/pickup
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error, additional delivery fees may apply.

5. Food & Product Disclaimer

Our products are agricultural and food products grown in natural environments.

Customers acknowledge:

  • Produce size, appearance, and availability may vary
  • Produce should be washed before consumption
  • Consumption is at the customer’s own risk

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us before purchasing.
